Requirements for the Expert System;Consolidated functional and technical requirements

The deliverable D1.2 Requirements for the Expert System summarizes the work carried out in Task 1.6: Expert System and data mining of Work Package 1 Software Upgrade. The main objective is to define and explain the necessary requirements for the development of the improved tool under the ENGINENCY project. This confidential document explains the progresses made in the current Expert System such as the reduction of uncertainties and noise, seeking the highest precision possible. Real monitoring data, simulation results and user needs are used to support building management and reduce energy consumption. This achieves an efficient energy management of the building, allowing to make the appropriate decisions regarding proposals for rehabilitation and retrofitting.
